Where to report a security problem

Email syndicatehubllc@gmail.com (contact for Syndicate Hub LLC) or use the Contact form and select SAFETY / SECURITY. Include the affected address, a concise description, expected versus actual behavior, and enough non-sensitive steps to reproduce the issue. Please do not submit passwords, tokens, copies of other people's information, or exploit payloads containing private data.

The publisher's team reviews submissions through an access-controlled moderation inbox. This form is a reporting channel, not a guarantee of a specific response deadline or a public bug bounty.

Keep other readers safe

Do not obtain or share anyone else's data, damage records, test against other accounts, run disruptive load tests, exploit vulnerabilities for personal gain, or publicly reveal an unresolved vulnerability. Stop testing and report immediately if you encounter sensitive information.

Submitting a report does not itself authorize penetration testing or grant immunity from applicable laws. Written permission is required before intrusive testing.

How the service is protected

GutterLore currently uses server-validated account sessions, owner-scoped writing and reading records, structured input validation, same-origin checks on state-changing requests, basic throttling, private response cache controls and a moderation history.

No checklist proves a website is perfectly safe. Security protections are regularly reviewed; the publisher remains responsible for provider configurations, backups, secrets, monitoring and incident response.

Data incidents

If we confirm a security incident affecting personal information, the publisher will assess notification obligations under applicable laws and relevant platform agreements. Exact incident-response procedures and provider retention policies should be documented and reviewed by a qualified professional.
